The Garonga Safari Camp is a gorgeous and personally headed lodge. Only 12 guests can be accommodated here.

Garonga offers you to go safaris every day. In the mornings and in the afternoons you will go on safaris by car in an open landrover. You can also go on a safari on foot with an experienced ranger – this is a special experience! The focus of this safari is not on watching the big five, but seeing the small things in the bush. Nevertheless, You should not book Garonga only for safaris. The lodge offers many attractive alternatives.

Garonga is a perfect spot to relax. Just enjoy a morning in your hammock on your own patio. Or relax while having a reflexology or an aromatherapy.

A special offer for the courageous people: Spend one night on a platform in a tree in about 4 metres height. You will be all alone and close to nature – then, at the latest, you will have the Africa fever.

The rooms are generously equipped and have a bath/WC and a sheltered outside showe. Have you ever taken a shower underneath Africa’s starry sky? This is your chance, in the bush and yet privately and sheltered!

Every room also has got a private patio which provides you with a view onto the (mostly dry) river bed.

The camp of course has a pool, too. From here, you have a splendid view onto the African bush. When you are a little lucky, an animal herd might pass very close to you.

The price per day contains: full board and beverages (non-alcoholic, house wine, local beer and spirits) and 2 safari activities per day.
