1st day    Port Elizabeth
You will take your hired car on the appointed time.

1 passenger car, category B (VW Polo or a similar one with coupling, radio tape, A/C, servo steering) by Europcar.

Port Elizabeth – Addo Elephant National Park
You will have to go only a short way to the Addo Elephant National Park.

2 overnight stays at a rest camp room
category: bungalow, without board.

The Addo Elephant National Park was founded in 1931 to the protect the remaining 11 elephants in this area. Today, there are more than 350 elephants in the national park and buffalos, rhinos and several species of antelope. You can either go on safaris in your own car or participate in guided safaris in the national park (You can book and pay them there).

2nd day    Addo Elephant National Park
You will have time on your own. You can go on safaris in the national park. There is a watering hole right at the rest camp. Many elephants use it for drinking.

3rd day    Addo Elephant National Park – Kenton-on-Sea
You will go via Paterson to arrive at Kenton-on-Sea.

2 overnight stays at the Kariega Game Reserve
room category: Main Lodge, incl. full board.

At Kariega, you will live in one if the 26 framehouses, which run along the upper edge of a river bed. You will have splendid views onto the river valley from your private patio. Most of the framehouses are equipped with a kitchen. The restaurant and the swimming pool can be used by all guests.

4th day    Kenton-on-Sea
You will have time on your own. The private Kariega Nature Reserve is located in a scenic landscape. You will be able to discover several kinds of game like different species of antelope, zebras and giraffes on foot or on a safari or a boat trip (one activity is included in the price, all further ones can be booked and paid there). You can easily go to Kenton-on-Sea’s fantastic beaches by car.

5th day    Kenton-on-Sea – East London

You will go further east to East London.

2 overnight stays at the Inkwenkwezi Safari Camp
room category: bush camp, incl. full board.

The Inkwenkwezi Game Reserve has a size of 4,000 ha and is located about 35 kilometres east from East London. It is the home of different kinds of game, like lions, rhinos, giraffes and different species of antelopes. So it is ideal for going on a safari.

The intimate bush camp can only accommodate 12 guests at a time. You will live in safari tents. They are standing on wooden platforms and have a private patio and a shower/WC.

6th day    East London
You will stay at the Inkwenkwezi Game Reserve. There are safaris every day in the morning and in the evening. An experienced ranger will accompany you. You can also go on safaris on foot or go on canoe tours.

7th day    East London
You will return your hired car at the airport.
You can fly back to Germany via Johannesburg.
